Our team of receptionists is trained to answer many questions of a non-clinical nature. If you are unsure whether you should consult a doctor, nurse or health visitor etc. the receptionist will be able to advise you.
If you wish to speak about a confidential matter with a receptionist or the practice manager, a room will be made available away from the waiting area.
In order to obtain the best possible service, they may sometimes need to judge the urgency of your request by asking a few questions. Rest assured the rules of confidentiality apply to all practice staff; a brief explanation may enable them to refer you to the correct member of the clinical team.
